This development followed her late June effort when she tweeted at French President Emmanuel Macron, among other world leaders, looking to connect over global education. “Bonjour @EmmanuelMacron,” she wrote, affixing a French flag to the tweet. “Will France commit to #FundEducation?”
Well, it looks like her efforts paid off….

By the meeting’s end, Rihanna secured Macron’s commitment to joining forces with Clara Lionel, the philanthropic organization she created. Confirming the meeting’s success on Twitter, Macron wrote, “264M children are out of school: let’s take up this challenge!”
